I called the clinic inquiring about a mammogram and the secretary who answered was extremely rude and unpleasant. She told me I had the wrong number if I was looking for a mammogram only. The website mentions they do all the imaging in the clinic. I asked where the imaging is done and she said to Google it myself and hung up. I tried to call back several times, but she never picked up again. I am shocked at the horrible treatment and lack of care for the patients. This woman should not be working in health care.
Dr. Gordon Brabant is wonderful. He's knowledgeable, patient and attentive. The clinic is a hidden gem. I needed a breast ultrasound, I called many places around Montreal and his secretaries answered the phones and gave me an appointment within days where as other clinics said it could be months up to a year to get an ultrasound. To be sure, no one wants to have reason to have to go to a breast clinic under the suspicion and concern that there may be an underlying pathological problem. I have been coming to this place for more years than I'd like to admit. Dr. Brabant is awesome - caring, funny, human, wise. His staff are also great: available, helpful and charming!
