CC gym and fitness is hands down the best gym around. Family owned and loved by its patrons. The owner Ed takes pride in his facility and it shows. He takes his time to learn everyone's name and is always willing to offer advice to help further your strength training. Show up often and be respectful and you'll see how that energy spreads across the gym. Its like the gym version of cheers in there and its great.
