Melinda is wonderfully supportive, encouraging and gives me hope.
Very inexperienced staff working with children who have been traumatized. I understand every psychotherapist needs to start somewhere, but that somewhere should never be with paediatric patients who have experienced trauma. The psychotherapists (multiple) inexperience was alarmingly evident and it negatively affected my child and our family. The centre may be fine for adults, but highly recommend not to take children here.
