My husband just called a few minutes ago to inquire about dentures, and unfortunately, the lady he spoke with was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He was simply asking questions and trying to get information, but the way she spoke to him was very disrespectful. This was our first interaction with the clinic, and honestly, it left a very bad impression. I understand that staff can be busy, but there’s no reason to be rude to someone who is simply calling to inquire about your services.
Great staff. Explained my treatment options clearly. Very friendly and professional.

Very kind and helpful front end staff. Hygienists are all very thorough and provide very good cleaning. Dentists are very good at what they do. Overall great service all around.
