Went for physical check , need some medication after physical check. The prescription medication took almost three weeks to send to my pharmacy. I called and called . Finally they called me back stated will send it right away . Still did not get any after one week. They don’t pick up the phone normally …. Don’t know why ???? I had a doctor I liked here saw her for 7-8 years and because I missed TWO appointments inside of 2 months in 8 years when I was going through a extremely horrible period in my life; she fired me as her patient. Then when I tried to book an appt to see another doctor there the front desk said I could only see him if I didn't ask for any prescriptions as he doesn't like writing prescriptions. He's in the wrong profession then because that's all I needed and it wasn't like I was looking for narcotics. Unbelievable!
Hi when I do physical therapy today for first time I meet with best employee Susan Espinas she is Knowledgeable in her Job after I had pain on legs specifically right sides after the sessions I feel comfortable thank you Susan for your great work You done with me plus she told me about some stuff to do it at home excellent job .
Don't even bother coming in, the lady that handles paperwork will tell you that if you need the doctor to fax any time sensitive documents to the insurance, they will actually wait 7 freaking days to get it done, I had to come all the way up here and begged them to please fax my mother's paperwork, it took 3 minutes but with a really attitude. You are doing your job, not doing us any free favors, come on!
This is a pathetic facility. Both the doctors and staff do not want to do any work here. The office manager Brooke can sweet talk you into believing how efficient she is but be aware it's just another nonsense you are dealing with. The facility is losing patients and is empty and Dr Magda Louka is so unoccpuied that she is always on vacation and just wants to call you in for a office visit without you actually needing a follow up, to make an income her.
