My mother was at Centra State recently and her medication got left behind when she was released. 5 stars to nurse Natalie of 4th floor Nuero who was passing her assisted living on her way home and dropped it off there for us. Can’t thank her enough, greatly appreciated!!!!

I went there for heart rate. High I told them I was allergic to Latex and they put the over in and covered it when they took it off and the iv out I broke out in hives it’s bad they don’t listen I have pic of it
Dirty facility. Incredibly rude staff
I was there before. They had to adjust this stupid medication i was taking before. Now im med free. But they have good doctors up there.
