This urgent care falsely advertises services on their website that they do not actually provide. When I arrived and asked if they could at least direct me to a facility that could treat me, they refused to give me any recommendations. Instead, they insisted I see the doctor—even after admitting that the doctor could not treat my condition. It felt like a money grab. They wanted me to pay a co-pay and have my insurance billed just to get a referral, even though they clearly knew they couldn’t provide the treatment I needed.... read more
Urgent care visits in the past have been prompt. However, two separate orimary care visits (physical and tb test check/follow up) will make you wait 45-60 minutes to be seen. Why make an appointment to wait so long to be seen for 5 minutes? I suspect they prioritize urgent care visits.
Dr. Nocera was kind and reassuring but I only saw her for about a literal minute. I Have been calling for a couple days to get an ultrasound order updated to include an area of concern and cannot get anyone on the phone or a call back. Meaning, I will likely have to go see another physician to have the same issue checked out, which is a problem because it’s hard to see any health professional in a timely manor outside of urgent care or the ER. Central Med is a wonderful practice! Both Dr Nocera and Dr Lebarty are very kind, compassionate, and dedicated physicians. The staff is great as well. Sam and all the technicians are very kind and professional.
Daughter’s backing of her earring (plastic stopper) was pulled into her ear and healed inside. We had treated it for a week and got the infection to go away. When we went to swap her earring we became aware of the stopper inside. We went to CentralMed and were seen by Dr. Aigbe Lebarty. He quickly accessed the situation, and informed my terrified daughter that it would be easy and he could fix it.
