My company booked a room for me here. Unfortunately they do not have staff at the front desk. Its self check in. My company did not receive a room number or room access code upon reservation through booking.com I would suggest looking for that information after you make a reservation just be sure. This is a really annoying process if they cant provide that.
Got married here July 15th 2026, the whole process after touring the venue and the hotel was seamlessly so easy for me as a bride. Communication to the staff was always so pleasant and friendly, when we arrived to the venue it was even better. The hotel rooms and the café were amazing and very comfy and relaxing, and food was incredibly good. I hope in 5 or so years we can rebook this venue again for our vow renewal.
A mixed stay at The Peak at Centralia Square. The room itself exceeded expectations—spacious, clean, and well-kept (4/5 stars). However, the location leaves a lot to be desired (2/5 stars). On top of that, the fully automated self check-in process felt clunky with zero staff on-site to assist with issues (2/5 stars). Great option if you only care about a nice bed, but skip if location matters.
What a beautiful historic hotel. I love the convenience of the self check in and the proximity to town. Will stay again.
