Just walked into the shop for the first time today and told my self, "Self, you are home at last." I went nuts over all the hides, skins, and everything in between.
I get all my drum supplies here and my deer hide tanned.
I had been ordering large orders from them for some time. On a recent order, however, they messed up with the documentation, pleaded innocence and ignorance for 2months and then when the order was found and returned to them, refused to accept any responsibility, and ignored my reply from customs about their mistake. I am still short of a considerable refund for the shipping which I should have received because it was their error.
