How many times can I call and you fix my bill just to have it come back again the next month with another error. I literally had to get a letter written by the person that helped me to take it in the next time the bill was screwed up to show them this same thing happened last month and had to be fixed. Unreal!
I feel sorry for all citizens that HAVE to use Centralia City Light. If I mail my bill… it doesn’t clear for weeks and they charge me a late fee I have to pay. If I pay online I have to pay a fee.. they make sure they get as much money out of you as possible. I’m just so sick of being over charged every month when I try to avoid it, but it’s just not possible with these companies. Do better.
