Kevin came out today to fix the furnace at my daughter's home. Central York this young man is an absolute asset to your company...He is knowledgeable, proficient and professional.
Love this place. Recently had James out with us and he was incredible. He fixed the problem and when we had a small panic attack after he left that our heat turned off again, he was willing to come back again! (Thankfully it was just us panicking and we figured it out)
James was fantastic! He went above and beyond to answer our questions and help make sure our HVAC was working right! We have used them both at our old house and at our new house.
NOT ENOUGH STARS. I can write a book where you would think I owned stock in the company. I had the pleasure of taking over another local property that CY was already at. As a maint guy having ACES in their places is critical. We had several diff types of units and they handled all of them through season change checks filter placements to repairs and replacements. Highly recommend - great service and very professional. I recently contracted with Central York to complete semi-annual preventative maintenance for my house which I purchased a couple of years ago. My first appointment was today and Jimmy arrived on time and in great spirits. He completed the work in a timely manner and clearly explained his findings and recommendations (providing his honest thoughts and not pressuring me into anything at all).
