Disappointing experience I was disappointed when the receptionist refused to give me access to the public washroom because I’m not a YMCA member. My child was attending a YMCA camp at the time—a program I’m paying for. I found the response unnecessarily unhelpful and unwelcoming. I expected better customer service from the YMCA.
I had a poor experience during my first visit to the indoor pool. The lifeguard asked me to change lanes while I was swimming at an average pace in a medium-speed lane, but the communication could have been more friendly and welcoming. I also noticed that many swimmers were not wearing swim caps, which seems inconsistent with pool hygiene expectations. On a positive note, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the great customer service at the front desk.
Great equipment the staff is great. I love coming here. It feels like the old school gym. I think I’ve been coming here for about like 20 years
