We visited Central Wyoming Skin Clinic in June 2025 and didn’t receive a bill until January 2026. We paid it in full right away. Later, insurance processed the claim, and we had actually overpaid. Despite that, in April, we started getting contacted by a collection agency. We had already paid months earlier. Multiple calls to the clinic’s billing department were never returned. The billing delays, lack of communication, and being sent to collections after payment was made made for a very frustrating experience.

Dr. Green, Nurse Ashley, and the entire staff are excellent! They are very attentive, kind, patient and knowledgeable. They call back timely and care. I had a biopsy in October and had the procedure already. The options were explained clearly. I am thrilled to have found them in Casper. Will continue to see this clinic and doctor. Made an appointment with the very pleasant scheduler, easy check in process, got right back to see the Doctor. Examination was straightforward, professional, and treatment was performed on the spot! Also, the price was very reasonable for a Dr visit.
Great place! Highly recommended!
