I went in for a routine screen and was seen by a PA, not a Dr., for about 10-15 minutes. He sprayed a couple spots on my hands with liquid nitrogen. Then I got a bill for close to $1500. That's $6000 per hour. Crooks. Stay away.
Great staff and Physician experience, which turned into some difficult news to deal with. They were and continue to be a wonderful place to get my condition taken care of!
We visited Central Wyoming Skin Clinic in June 2025 and didn’t receive a bill until January 2026. We paid it in full right away. Later, insurance processed the claim, and we had actually overpaid. Despite that, in April, we started getting contacted by a collection agency. We had already paid months earlier. Multiple calls to the clinic’s billing department were never returned. The billing delays, lack of communication, and being sent to collections after payment was made made for a very frustrating experience.

Dr. Green, Nurse Ashley, and the entire staff are excellent! They are very attentive, kind, patient and knowledgeable. They call back timely and care. I had a biopsy in October and had the procedure already. The options were explained clearly. I am thrilled to have found them in Casper. Will continue to see this clinic and doctor.
