These guys are so awesome and put their patient's first
Very pleasant experience. We traveled from Montana with our autistic son. Dr. Hibbert was friendly and really took the time to hear my questions and made us feel like we was being heard. The staff was super nice and welcoming. I was very impressed with their Optical Manager Sarah. She took the time to help me pick out my glasses and didnt rush me. I appreciated her insite on glasses. Overall my experience was excellent.
I went here for many years and was mostly happy with the service. I had raised my concerns with both of the eye doctors. Neither cared and said they let the women up front do their own thing. The reason I won't be going back is because I feel they care about the up charge more than the patient. My current glasses cost more than $1200. As soon as they got the money the kindness with the one who fits the lenses mostly stopped. The glasses never seemed to work as well as they advertised and weren't working with my face.
