I went here for many years and was mostly happy with the service. I had raised my concerns with both of the eye doctors. Neither cared and said they let the women up front do their own thing. The reason I won't be going back is because I feel they care about the up charge more than the patient. My current glasses cost more than $1200. As soon as they got the money the kindness with the one who fits the lenses mostly stopped. The glasses never seemed to work as well as they advertised and weren't working with my face. I do not recommend this office. I called today for a copy of my RX. They told me that my prescription is expired and that the Dr will not sign it. The prescription is about 13 months old. The state of Wyoming states that a vision prescription is valid for two years. When I informed the receptionist of this fact she went to ask somebody. She came back to tell me that yes, the state allows the RX to be valid for two years but it’s really up the the Dr, and that their office considered prescriptions to be expired after one year... read more
