Edit: giving a star back because they are so efficient except for communication. Dinged a couple of stars for communication. The Doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful- 5 star, but I did have to call twice to see why my glasses weren't in. First time they said wait a day, didn't get back to me. I called the beginning of the next week, and this time they called the lab and the lab didn't even have my frames yet. 7 to 10 days turned to 12 then to unknown.
