CWP has managed my rental property for 24 years. They are professional, prompt and are fantastic at attending to tenant needs and keeping me, as an owner, informed. I live in a Graf Investments Property that they manage for a different owner. This will be year 21 of renting and I have had a very easy time of it. I have seen Property Managers come and go but they always replace them with friendly and knowlegeable people. Office staff from top to bottem are top knotch. Yes, in the 21 years I have had some issues arise. Whatever the issues are whether it's my fault or theirs, It always gets resolved. I am very happy with them.
I have lived in my current location approximately a year and a half w/ zero issues. When I initially moved in the house was clean and move-in ready. A few small issues came up over time and the property manager addressed and corrected the issues promptly. The only reason for 4 stars is because everything can be improved! If your looking for a clean affordable residency this is the place to contact.
