The occupational therapist provided a number of important modifications to Dad’s daily routine to assist with his memory loss, vertigo, risk of falling, daily hygiene and medication distribution. Ashley went above and beyond to help resolve numerous issues. We were very pleased with the service provided by CWH Home Health Care!
