Very upset with Confluence. I have made 3 phone calls in 4 days to try and get an appointment with cardiology for my husband, Dennis. His doctor is concerned about his edema related to congestive heart failure. To date Dr. Mack's nurse, Sheila, has still not called back. This is in addition to the fact Dr. Mack didnt order a test that his pulmonologist asked for a year ago. Do we have to go to Seattle for everything?
Wait and see what happens if you are 2 minutes late for your appt. Even when you call to say you're on the way. And you are 4 minutes away. Really. You get there, they say you're late. Make a new appointment. Our time is valuable too. Emergency delays happen and I've waited more than an hour more once for more than one doctor at Confluence. Reminder, We're your clients.
