Start with scheduling, "Open Access" , horrible, keep telling me to call back tomorrow, we only do Open Access on certain days of the week. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary.

RecommendedThe nurses, cna's, drs, and staff were amazing!! Took care of my mom as if it were their own family. I cant say enough about the 3rd floor. My mom was both in ICU and PCU. Thank you 3rd floor. Amazing job!!
