Dr. Lilly very unprofessional his tone an care was very disrespectful he didn’t care about my pain nor he didn’t care about my life an care moving forward. I would never recommend him as a provider. He a whole douche bag never felt so bad at a first time visit. He needs to retire if he dont care about his patients.

My nurses, anesthesiologists, and my doctor were all absolutely wonderful to me when I had my gallbladder surgery back in December. My nurses were very thorough in explaining in detail everything I needed to know Pre op and post op. They were very caring, professional, and we laughed. Overall, a very nice environment. Dr.Ploch did my surgery when I had both breast removed because of cancer. He also removed my gallbladder. He also did my moms surgery when she had cancer.He is an amazing surgeon. He makes sure you know everything that will be done before you have the procedure. I have and will continue to recommend him. Thank you Dr Ploch for caring for your patients.
