Move in experience was great. I was a little last minute but everything moved smoothly. Management was very helpful, and it seems like a nice apartment! Hoping for the best!
DO NOT BOTHER TO LOOK FOR APARTMENTS HERE. Management doesn't know how to reply back in a timely manner and everything is going to take forever to get approved. You can look at several different apartments before Central Village Apartments management will reply back to a single email.
I really love the central village apartments. The place is so calm.
The Maintenance Guy was very nice, knowledgeable. Polite as well. The maintenance job was done in a timely manner.
Wasn’t so much a maintenance request that could be taken care of. City has been doing work on main road and it affected water line, which manger was not aware. Maintenance did call promptly to address concern and sort out any problems. Appreciate timely response and pleasant and helpful demeanor.
