A friend of mine has lived going on two years and they still havnet fixed the bathroom sink which He has to drain into a bucket & empty . Also the shower head is messed up & does not work. There also appears to be black mold in the air vents. The manager never returns his calls & is unreachable. I dont understand why this hud housing apartment is so poorly ran.
I have had a great experience especially the maintenance man adderrean Robinson he has made sure me and my kids are more comfortable he has made sure everything is fixed so we can be more comfortable and I appreciate everything he has done to make our apartment more comfortable for us. And appreciate him getting things fixed in our apartment.
I was there 9years and they didn't fix nothing the roof caved on me in the kitchen I wouldn't recommend nobody move here they always switching owners they can't keep nobody in the office and they have bad communication skills and somebody always stealing money in the office and they make you pay it back smog never again
