I ordered parts at the beginning of winter, they said they would be shipped in that week and that they would call me back, no call for two weeks, I called and they were extremely rude on the phone, “did we call you? It probably means they aren’t in “ i waited another two weeks they said still no parts, They never called me back. Good thing I found some somewhere else, and the other thing is they didn’t know anything about ski doo clutch assembly tools, do they not work on sleds?
