Avoid these nurses in the ICU at this hospital at all costs! I overheard Nurse raelyn joking about a patient soiling herself at the time of death! She would also sigh and shake her head every time my mother paged her for help. I overheard her complaining about my mother (an ICU PATIENT) for being too needy. The building is very attractive, exuding a calm that is so often missing in hospitals, but the real stars are the staff who are efficient while not losing their warm humanity. One thing that I really liked were the Telephones along the approaches that allowed people to get information before parking.

Came in for unknown reasons for blacking out. For some reason they kept asking if I want drugs. Even tho I wasn’t in pain i just wanted to know why I’m black out. I felt they were trying to pin me as a drug addict more than help me.

My son had outpatient surgery here yesterday. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From the person at check in and registration all the way through to the pre-op team, doctors, and nurses in recovery—we were treated with so much kindness, patience and care. Thank you, thank you!!
