I have been a patient at this office since 2018 and have consistently received excellent medical care. Both Dr. Bosch and Nurse Practitioner Kelly Pataca are outstanding professionals. I highly recommend this practice to my friends and family.
My NP Kelly Pataca was absolutely amazing — professional, compassionate, and very thorough. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and educated me on my different options which I greatly appreciated. She took her time with me and I did not feel rushed.
The front desk reception Madelyn at Dr. Kellen Bosch needs some retraining. She does not talk kindly to patients, talks over patients and has repeatedly given wrong dates and times for appointments. This is my second time at this clinic and non of the staff has a smile on their faces. They seem to be unhappy to be working here. Biggest concern is the level of unprofessionalism, and respect for patients. The staff needs some training and the doctors at this clinic should be concerned with the staff… I read these past reviews ... read more
Dr Bosch and her staff have been wonderful to deal with. I was referred to her for a problem I was having and ultimately needed a hysterectomy. Dr Bosch performed the surgery and she and her staff provided excellent care before, during and after. I feel lucky to have found her for this issue.
