The front desk reception Madelyn at Dr. Kellen Bosch needs some retraining. She does not talk kindly to patients, talks over patients and has repeatedly given wrong dates and times for appointments. This is my second time at this clinic and non of the staff has a smile on their faces. They seem to be unhappy to be working here. Biggest concern is the level of unprofessionalism, and respect for patients. Dr Bosch and her staff have been wonderful to deal with. I was referred to her for a problem I was having and ultimately needed a hysterectomy. Dr Bosch performed the surgery and she and her staff provided excellent care before, during and after. I feel lucky to have found her for this issue.
On your first visit, If you want to wait over an hour to be seen, you will be fine. I Won’t go back!
Only thing I have to say about this place is, I DO NOT recommend. If you need attentive staffs or Dr. help yourself and go elsewhere.
I scheduled a new patient appointment a year ago when I learned that my long time doctor was retiring. I received a text reminder the day prior to my appointment noting a 9am appointment and that they moved it to a different office location without asking or notifying me. I arrived at 8:45am and the front desk staff said I was supposed to have arrived at 8:30am and that I wouldn’t be seen and that they could possibly reschedule me in six months.
