Oct 2024 I got the most painful Pap smear in my life from Kelly Pataca. She recommended after that pap smear I get a colposcopy because I had HPV. I asked her to call me because I had questions. I wanted to know what exactly the procedure was and why I needed it. She called me and explained the procedure was biopsy of the cervix that is recommended after 2 years when you have HPV. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Gurjeet B., CNM at Central Valley Women’s Health Associates on October 8, 2025. Prior to my visit, I had taken three positive home pregnancy tests and had a blood test ordered by Gurjeet. The result was low, and I was told to repeat it, but when I called in, both the medical assistant and the office messaging told me I wasn’t pregnant and didn’t need to repeat the test. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with the Palm office. While most of my visits left me feeling disappointed and emotionally drained, I want to take a moment to recognize and deeply thank Kelly Pataca. She was the only person throughout my entire experience who treated me with genuine compassion and care. I just want to say first and foremost that this office is the best. The care and treatment that I have received each and anytime I have an appointment has been top tier. My last appointment with Kelly was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and came up with a plan and was able to get my medication that my PCP was unable to get for me.
