They called me today to schedule a cancer screening test and asked me if it was a good time to talk. I responded with “No this isn’t a good time to talk can you call me back in 2 hours I should be free then” and the receptionist acted like I insulted her and responded with attitude “No but you can call us back when you’re ready”and hung up. You literally asked me if this was a good time, I’m not sorry that I don’t want to talk about my cancer test in the middle of a Walmart.
It’s always a really long wait for them to room me and for the provider to come in and see me but Dr. Bosch is really great. I’ll keep going there to see her.
Dr ikedilo is great , kelli nowak not so much. Insist on always seeing your Dr not their NP OR PA I am glad i will not have to ever go back to this office! Seek other Ob GYN if possible
Nurse Practitioner Gurjeet K Binning is rude, unkind and unprofessional. She does not follow HIPAA law, which I will be pursuing with the appropriate authorities. The front desk was also rude and unprofessional and refused to fax over an imaging order to a different imaging center. Both of them told me I had to take it to that center myself because I was choosing to go there.
