I recently experienced a concrete slab leak in my condo, which was an incredibly stressful ordeal. I reached out to Central Valley Water Restoration, and Tiko was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. He walked me through both the mitigation and restoration steps with clarity and professionalism. He was always easy to reach, communicated clearly, and made a difficult situation much more manageable. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend them.
The product arrived completely broken today. The packaging was flimsy and very thin. I tried to call their support line. No one answered after an hour waiting. This was a total waste of money. I will never shop here ever again. Please stay away from this shady store.
The website photos are extremely misleading here. What I received looks nothing like it. The colors are dull and very faded. The sizing is also completely off today. It fits like it is two sizes. I am very frustrated with this purchase. Save your cash and buy elsewhere instead.
