Have tried this clinic and the one at Clovis community. I don’t know what standard procedure is, but there are stark differences. This clinic rarely does wound debridement, which leaves unhealthy tissue in the wound causing it to not heal as fast. They also don’t attach the wound vac dressing when provided. Lastly they are terrible at communicating care. Giving one star because I am not allowed to give zero. The staff should keep their opinions about clients personal life to themselves before judging situations they know nothing about.
Really positive experience at this vein and wound care clinic. The staff was welcoming, the appointments moved smoothly, and everything was handled professionally. I felt well taken care of throughout the visit and would definitely recommend them for vein treatment or wound care services.
