We were really pleased with the work done on our Motor Home. We had a blowout on our rear tire that took out our black water tank. They special ordered a custom one. Our home is a 2005. Fast forward to our next hunting trip. Flip on the tank warmer for freezing weather. Spend a week and go to dump, frozen solid. The wires had not been hooked up. Heater was not working. So not happy about this.
Great dependable work that they stand behind. Bought a used 5th wheel with a refrigerator problem which had already been repaired but fixed with the wrong part, they found the problem and things have worked ever since. They also solved an electrical problem with the running lights for us and once again no more problems. very happy and would definitely refer any friends tot heir shop.
Traveling from Florida on my way to Alaska I was having continual electrical problems. No one I called would see me at 3:00 but Central Valley RV was willing to take a look at it. Tom spent an hour and repaired a problem that my Chevy dealer, my local RV repair shop and a new Walmart battery couldn't fix. Thank you for taking the time and for knowing RVs so well.
