Shame on the office staff!! Terrible customer service!!! They do not answer the phone, they will not call me back, and the email address provided on-line comes back as undeliverable. I am very displeased with their billing practices. Early on they tried billing me for services I did not receive, but after some work, they admitted they inadvertently billed me for another customer's service. My current issue is that I paid for services in advance and expected they would invoice me monthly for any ongoing services I owed. Nope ... read more
