Long waiting time, each appointment over 2 hours in the waiting room. The doctor is rude and provides little education when I asked questions I was told to google my questions. I would never recommend this place especially if you are pregnant.
Although the wait was a bit long, I didn’t really have a problem. Never had a bad experience with this office until my 5th pregnancy. I am about 14weeks and I have been really sick (morning sickness, nausea, vomiting, back pain). My first dr visit, I was seen by Dr Lorraine. Very kind. She checked my baby, asked how am I doing and if there’s any complications. Very helpful. Answered all questions/concerns. It’s concerning to see the number of negative reviews about this office. Due to the repeated mentions of unprofessional staff and a rude doctor, I will be canceling my appointment. I prefer not to risk my time or experience with a practice that fails to meet basic professional standards.
If I can rate zero stars I would. The reviews about this place is absolutely correct. Stay away. I deal with SDI and FMLA paperwork at work and I know how important it is to get these forms turned in and on a timely manner. FMLA is for job protection and SDI for wage replacement along with integration if your workplace allows it. I was told they will call me when the paperworks are complete and since I deal with these paperworks for work, I obviously was waiting for that phone call. worst office staff ever including the doctor i had a miscarriage and DR. morales is very unprofessional very rude that office should shut down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
