I am accepting patients of all ages for neurologic care. Have been coming here a few years. Dr is always at least an hour late. Today I overheard him making fun of a lady who couldn't speak English. When I called him out on it he threatened to notify DMV and yelled at me as I was leaving he was cancelling my prescription. Luckily I had my phone recording.

I called to check on a referral and was placed on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up on. When I called back I was placed on another 20 minute hold. Then I was informed they could not find the referral and placed on hold again. I had to hang up o get back to work. So much for trying to simply book an appointment while on a lunch break.
