To be honest, I didn’t have a good experience with Mike Dahl. I had a pretty bad infection and it was proved with testing that I had the infection I was thinking I had. I missed work that day because I was in so much pain. Mike refused to write me a doctors note even though my work asked for one. Which was weird? I've been going to this clinic for several years now and I really appreciate the care I've received. Appointments are easily available--sometimes on the same day--and I've rarely sat in the waiting room for more than a minute or two. The nurses are personable and very pleasant to work with. Dr. Neilsen has become a favorite of mine as he helped me find a solution to my carpal tunnel syndrome which has troubled me for years and now I can type this review without any pain at all--which is a BIG deal for me. Totally recommend.
I sought medical attention for a combination of concerning symptoms and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nelson. Unfortunately, I left the visit feeling dissatisfied and without any meaningful explanation or reassurance regarding my condition. As a result, I pursued a second opinion at another clinic in Salem, where I was provided with more insight and a greater sense of understanding about my health. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Pikus. My husband and I have never had a “regular” Dr until now. He actually listens to YOUR concerns instead of just assuming. He found my gallbladder issue after the ER missed it, and he diagnosed my husbands leukemia. He follows up! Their office was closed early Christmas Eve and I received a text from him before bed checking in with my results. You will not find a better doctor period. Everyone I have sent has loved him as well!
