All hope was lost and Dr. Brandon Beck let us down. He assured my wife that her possible lipoma could be removed without complications. He was quick to refer her for a costly CT scan at the CVMC in Nephi but later backed out of doing anything or referring her to another doctor for some kind of closure. The lump remains. Shameful.
I waited more than 30 minutes for the doctor, I talked to the doctor for a few minutes then waited 30 minutes for an x-ray. X-ray person didn't know anything about my injury. Front desk worker called me over while I was still in my x-ray shorts before I could get dressed. and nobody even had a bin I could throw them in they just told me to keep it. I felt like they wanted me to rush as fast as possible
LOVE this office! I had the same doctor for over 20 years, then she retired. I searched for a doctor who was as caring and as good a listener as she was, and I found that doctor in Dr. Pikus. I have gone to him with my health needs for several years now and he has never failed me. Dr. Pikus, his MA, and the office staff are kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
I like Dr Nielsen but the pricing is astronomical. We have insurance and they are “in network” but getting a bill for 1275$ just for blood work is insane
Dr. Nielsen was very thorough and even saw us on a Saturday!
