My mother came Saturday at 5:30 and the doors were locked and no one answering the phone says open till 7:30 on Google very unprofessional !!
Extremely Irresponsible Facility Focused Only on Profit I suffered an MCL tear and scheduled treatment with this facility, but they rescheduled my appointment twice, wasting three weeks of my recovery time. It’s clear they prioritize profit over patient care. Completely disappointed with their lack of responsibility and professionalism.
They take forever to take a call or get a hold of, showed up early to my appointment just to fill a 5 min form and wait another hour, when it was completely empty. Do not recommend it here.
I’m actually here at this very moment. I was told to be here 30 mins before my appointment. Been waiting an hour now. My CT scan was suppose to be at 10:40. It is now 11:10. I arrived at 10:10. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not very happy at the moment. Next time I will make sure my doctor schedules any type of scan somewhere else.
