No estimate was given during the course of repair. 4+ weeks, none was given. John, the service mgr, took it upon himself to initiate repairs with no written or oral written consent. I reiterate..No customer approval was given to initiate repairs. No contact unless, me as the customer reached out. Upon receiving the boat I discovered missing pieces and my key in the ignition. Please help.

I bought a brand new 2005 Air Nautique from Central Valley Marine. Brett was very knowledgable and has been nothing but helpful. The staff are wonderful and have gone out of their way to help me with my boat including taking a cellenoid from their own truck and putting it in mine (no charge) as it was required for Ford Trucks and I had no idea. If I was to purchase another boat Central Valley Marine is the only place I would go.
