Awful! Casey knew I had a job that needed to be filled and he forgot to have my order ready. Then he shoved my railing back to me and said just leave! Very unprofessional!
Called and spoke with Marina on the 14th. I requested to schedule an estimate for a custom project. Marina took my information, including measurements, what I wanted done, and said someone would call to schedule. As of nine days later, apparently they can't be bothered to call back.
