The times I've been there, the staff has been excellent and easy to talk with about what I was looking for. Joe, especially, takes the time to go over everything with you without talking down to you, whether it's the latest gun law, what they've got coming in, or the proper way to take apart a firearm. He even took the time to see if something was in stock for a friend of mine. These people never make you feel like you're bothering them, even if they've got a bunch of people in there.
