RecommendedThey are and have always been all about customer service and employees, there has to be alot more to Ms Swinneys story. They never turn off in cold weather even if bill is late. I have had CVE since '98, and they even worked with us gov't employees during repeated shut downs.....
They are all about money not customers service I was not even twenty four hours late on paying my bill . And it’s not even 30 degrees outside and they turned my service off and it’s freezing outside . what a great company!!! Then they do nothing but price gouge you . Wish there was a better place to do business with .
Great service, friendly staff They work hard and fast to get electricity back up. Have been with them over 20 years. And have never gone over an hour without electricity.
Well we’ve had him for electricity for over 15 years and I think they’ve always been very fair
