I went to Central Valley Drug Testing in Fresno for a urine test and the front desk receptionist was unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. From the second I walked in, she had a nasty attitude and acted like I was bothering her just by being there. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on the people who walk through the door. Patients are not your punching bag. DO NOT COME HERE! Please listen to the other reviews. I came here trusting that I would have a normal drug test and I just found out that due to staff incompetence, I need to go in and re-test. The lab stated that, upon arrival at the testing facility, the Specimen ID Number didn't match the requisition form. Basically, they sent MY urine with someone else's requisition form. How does that happen? I'm cutting close to a deadline for an important program just to have this happen. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
