5 Star : My Experience Gerardo and staff did a great job fixing my Nissan! Customer service was great as well! The gals in the office are not only kind and respectful but also knowledgeable in their line of work. I don’t know much about cars but Gerardo took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that I could understand what was going on. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend When you pay for a job to be done in an allotted time, you expect the job to be done professionally and in a timely manner. Neither of these expectations were met. They got paint on a vinyl decal I had on the side and on the emblem. The employee came out and made somewhat of an attempt to get the paint off then gave up and said they will fix it at the next appointment. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality No it’s incomplete.
