5 Star : My Experience I hadn’t been in an accident in many years so I was nervous about the whole process and Central Valley Collision really took care of me. The process was seamless and quick! Within 3 days I had my front bumper, grill, and headlight replaced. They ever cleaned the inside and outside of my car! They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank you Gerardo and team for the excellent customer service and for making my car look brand new!

0 Star : My Experience Unprofessional!! I was lied to by the office person. Told me my car was being washed and would be ready at 5:30pm. Got tjere at 5:15 and car was not washed filthy and they were still working on it. Had to wait about an hour. Day before that was told car would be ready at 5:30 waited til 4:45 decided to take back my rental car as soon as I was getting a ride to the center i get a call saying its not gonna be ready.
