0 Star : My Experience I called the following day after picking up my vehicle and had brought up a concern about some damage to my front bumper that wasn’t previously there before. The way the two lady’s dealt with my situation were somewhat condescending and trying to put the blame on me which I did not appreciate. 5 Star : My Experience I went to 3 places to inquire and see the shop. What made me decide to take it to CVC was the excellent customer service I was afforded. I felt they were trustworthy and my car will be taken cared of properly. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend They have an excellent customer service. The other two shops I inquired from were not so nice 5 Star : Repair Quality They washed the car and cleaned the inside too. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Dimples throughout new paint, new chips to existing paint all over various locations on truck, tailgate lock does not work anymore, tailgate hydraulics do not work properly anymore, heavy orange peel throughout new panel paint job on bottom half, “ cleaned my truck after repair” But left it with heavy watermarks on truck and footprints all over chrome step panels and ceiling of truck cab was not cleaned. We’re due to go back in 30 days for an appointment to polish the paint job we received on the repairs performed.
