2 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality If they would have done it properly, I would have given a 10 3 Star : Customer Service I don't know why but something wasn't fixed so they had to keep my car for a bit longer, it's not a big deal. But you don't know how to do your job right? I don't get it, these people don't like their jobs?

5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality I felt the areas where the hit happened , new parts were placed and it feels brand new . 5 Star : Customer Service I was so upset someone hit my new car. Central Valley Collusion made it look brand new again and even cleaned it up. They did so great and were very nice and updated me when they could. I am waiting to listen so as to see if i can hear weird noises. But overall I am very satisfied.
5 Star : My Experience The body work and the fixing of my bumper is just awesome. They did an amazing job and it feels like a brand new car again. Thank you all for making my first accident an easy process lol.
