I purchased a Dodge Ram a year ago and it has been giving me problems from day one. I have taken it in for check engine light coming up and have spent now over $10,000+ in additional services even after the vehicle came with manufacturer warranty and I purchased additional warranty at time of my purchase. Vehicle is back at the shop again for check engine light and now they say it’s the catalytic converter that needs to be replaced granite this was never mentioned in any of the prior services. The inefficient parts person asked for the last name on the order I went for a part. I was giving him the name of the company that made the order, and even then he couldn't help me properly. The person seemed to have a bad attitude.

I left emails for them to contact me to buy additional keys for my sprinter because it’s a special key nowadays and I’m still waiting for them to contact me back. I NEED ADDITIONAL KEYS you see this is what happens when we just can’t go to a key making place.
