Joe is a Crook and a scam artist. RUN THE OTHER WAY and don’t let him near your vehicle… he kept my car for 6 months and when I got it back he put the wrong motor in AND shaved down the numbers on the motor ..ILLEGAL. The car broke the same day! He uses every excuse at to why he can’t even sent a courtesy text.. he’s was out of town… he gets 100s of calls he even used his recent heart surgery as a tactic for me to feel sorry for him and be understanding for his lack of professionalism. HES A SCAMMER DONE TRUST HIM…
