I genuinely do not understand the 5 star reviews. Russel filed my taxes. But you can't pay your taxes through his service. He only directs you to a check payment option or some website that charges$85 to electronically pay. Figured out how to pay online for free (gov website) through Russel, after having to call. Paid taxes through government website. Now getting a letter from the IRS saying I didn't pay my taxes for the first time in my life. But I did. But this system doesn't work.
