We have done business with Gator Vacuum for years...repairing of vacuums and sewing machines, a purchase of a brand new Miele Vacuum, etc. We inherited a very nice Kerby vacuum that was in desperate need of cleaning as it came from a relative who had owned pets. Kerby's are high end - expensive. I called to inquire about the cost of cleaning and was told I had to bring it in. I've been coming here for over 6 years ever since I bought my first Miele. They've serviced every time since. I bought my 2nd Miele from them. They have great prices and are willing to work with you. Excellent service and extensive knowledge on any problem you could possibly have. They tell you how it is, no beating around the bush or upselling. Really a great shop. Robert (the owner) is a great guy to deal with and is willing to help you the best he can.
I don't know what you people are talking about. These people are the real deal when it comes to vacuums. My mother had her oreck repaired here and she says its been running the best it ever has. If you've had a problem with them, its most likely a problem on your side, not theirs. Dont listen to the negative people. Try them out, you wont be disappointed
