Extremely Great Customer Service!!!!! I purchased my Power Nozzle and hose kit via the Think Vacuum web site a few years ago. The service, via the website and phone, was great. I have been a customer of Gator Vacuum for over 15 years now and will probably be a customer for as long as I live in South Florida. I am always greeted with a friendly hello and purchased my Miele vacuum cleaner from there over 12 years ago and it is still going strong. I would not think of bringing my vacuum cleaner anywhere but Gator for service.
I have been a customer of Gator Vacuum for over ten years and they have never failed to provide wonderful service. The owner, Robert Buckwald, impressed me with his extensive knowledge of vacuum cleaners and took the time to fully demonstrate the model that I was interested in. we've been customers of Gator Vacuum for 16 years, using both the sewing machine repair and vacuum repair services. This is a family owned business, and they very efficiently and skillfully service the machines. In addition, they also sell vacuums, and are very knowledgeable about the different choices. I want to highly recommend Gator Vacuum to everyone I know in the Parkland/Coral Springs area who are in need of a new vacuum or in need of vacuum repair - Robert, the owner, should give classes on customer service. Thanks for all the help! Phyllis is great. She helped me find what I was looking for and helped me save money. Never thought I would buy a candle from a vacuum store. The living room smells great now!
We have a lot of bare floors in the house and wanted a vacuum that would limit the amount of times we needed to bend over and use the dustpan. We tried a cheapie from Target that didn't work and even one from Wal-Mart. I'm very pleased with the performance of the Felix vacuum we got from Gator. The price was reasonable and it is mainly designed for tile or bare floors and even low pile carpets. It's real lightweight too so my wife is happy about that.
I've been shopping around for nearly a month for the right central vac for my house. Didn't want anything too big that would take up a lot of space... we also have an RV. I was thinking about getting two machines until Dan recommended the Drainvac power bomb central vacuum. It is small and even portable... it also came boxed together with installation material in case I wanted to mount in the garage. This little thing has some feakin' POWER! Full sized motor in a smaller vacuum. Thanks for the suggestion!
