If I could leave zero stars I would. When they do answer they are very kind. I called to confirm my order after being concerned about how long it was taking. They promised it would arrive on time. Then they told me it was lost, and would arrive on a Thursday. They only told me it would arrive on Friday AFTER I CALLED to confirm. When I heard nothing from them on Thursday, I called probably 15 times on Friday, and NO ONE ANSWERED. They confirmed they were working that day. Went to the one in jenkintown. Their hours are 9-4 Monday through Friday. Spoke with Debby. She was pleasant and friendly.
The physical store is closed. They only sell online now.
They are very unorganized and do not know how to run a business. They tell you that your order will be in in a couple weeks......you'll be very luck to get it in six weeks!!! They really are nice and helpful and will spend time helping you find what you need but not necessarily business minded people. If you are going to order from them for school, try to order at least a month and a half in advance.
