Nice people in there, but TERRIBLE service. It took me 2 months to get my coat embroidered. Every week, they promised me that it would be ready by x day, but failed to deliver. I called about 6 times, and was putted on hold for at least 1/2 each time. The staff is disorganized and shortstaffed. I couldn't take my business elsewhere b/c that is through my department budget. But, please do not go there if you need your coat within a month period.
The only place I can find the perfect lab coat. Though I'm an RN, I'm an Allied Health Professional. Our docs like for us to look sharp. I cannot bear to wear a mooshy, poly-blend lab coat. These 100% coats with the knot buttons are the BEST! They take a great x-Heavy starch. Thanks so much for making these available to us.
