Did not show up for towing even though previously confirmed THE NIGHT BEFORE. We called MULTIPLE times no reply. Just left on read. How professional 🤗 Go to APEX towing instead!! I cannot recommend them enough, they are fast kind and careful.
The key card was locked inside our Tesla and Jimmy Castillo was a life saver by recovering the key for us. Went above and beyond, friendly, was patient with all my questions, and got the job done in a timely manner while being careful not to damage our Tesla. If you ever need a locksmith he’s your guy!
The Worst ! I used this company After a auto accident. My leg was injured I Could not walk I called them and sent a friend to pickup items from the car and they would not let my friend get the items. What a SCAM Never use this Tow Scammers tow your Car The WORST !
