I had the misfortune of dealing with Central Towing at 36849 San Pedro Dr, Fremont, CA, and it was hands-down the worst towing experience of my life. From start to finish, everything about this company screamed unprofessionalism, and the lady at the front desk was the cherry on top of this nightmare. My car broke down late at night, and I called Central Towing because they claim to offer “24/7 reliable service.” Big mistake. Good and profersonal
Stranded on the side of I-80 all night with traffic zooming by. My insurance sent a tow truck from two hours away and the tow truck driver refused to tow the car. Didn’t even attempt to tow the car. Called Central Towing, showed up fast and got the job done without hesitation. Professional, reliable, and a lifesaver in a tough situation-thank you so much!
