The key card was locked inside our Tesla and Jimmy Castillo was a life saver by recovering the key for us. Went above and beyond, friendly, was patient with all my questions, and got the job done in a timely manner while being careful not to damage our Tesla. If you ever need a locksmith he’s your guy!
The Worst ! I used this company After a auto accident. My leg was injured I Could not walk I called them and sent a friend to pickup items from the car and they would not let my friend get the items. What a SCAM Never use this Tow Scammers tow your Car The WORST !
Manage a fleet of 53 vehicles and would only recommend Central Towing. Response time is fast; dispatcher always provides realistic estimate on when they will arrive (doesn't promise 30 minutes and show up 120 minutes later). Trucks are always in top condition, have ridden in them. Have used 5 times in the last 2 years and price is always reasonable. I trust my fleet with Central.
